15x20" Mixed media (ink, watercolor and colored pencil) done on hot press illustration board. I was playing with using warm and cool tones to resonate against each other to make the image more vibrant. This is a spin-off from my drawing Brigid's Dance, which recieved a much stronger reception than I was expecting. I decided to do her as a painting, and she morphed into this. |
